Job Description:
Candidate should be able to work as an individual and should be self-motivated and highly ambitious. The job description includes the following activities
- Work in an agile environment with strong commitment to team goals and demonstration of scrum values
- Involve in all phases of SDLC including proof of concept, prototype, low level technical design, coding, unit testing, implementation
- Involve in high level project estimation
- Active participation in all Scrum ceremonies (Daily stand up, Sprint planning, Grooming, Sprint retrospective and Sprint reviews)
- Work closely with QA team to ensure quality of deliverables
- Participate in Code Reviews
- Collaborate with the team for achieving sprint commitments, should take up any available task from the backlog in order to meet the sprint goal
- Exhibit strong debugging and analytical skills while resolving issues
- Solves a range of moderately complex problems
- Works on projects of medium scope where analysis requires evaluation of a variety of factors
- Assists others with projects in order to gain knowledge
- Provides informal guidance to team members with less experience
