Experience relevant experience in Call Centre; Service / Hospitality Industry; prior experience of direct Customer Care interactions in call centre is a must.
Each CSA should have the ability to navigate knowledge bank & other CRM systems and write appropriate case logs / notes to capture customer interactions.
