- Required Skills:
* Conducting and coordinating quality reviews.
* Good understanding of AML/KYC/CDD operations environment and global / regional regulations.
* Review Global & regional Policy & Standards changes for people, process and technology impact. Participates as SME in defining implementation strategy.
* Knowledge of industry policy and standards.
* Proven ability to simplify CDD requirements for operational execution & improving Operational efficiency through working across multiple stakeholders, understanding global requirements and ability to provide practical & consistent solutions.
* Effective interpersonal and communication skills. Leadership attributes.
* The ability to find ways of solving or pre-empting problems.
* Ability to multi-task, plan and function in a self-directed environment
* Understands and respects cultural differences.
* Must be able to work in a matrix organization as well as manage interactions as all levels.
* Ability to handle multiple competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
* Project management experience would be ideal.
* Strong Risk awareness
* Basic computer knowledge
* Strictly willing to work in Night Shifts - Rotational Shifts

Any Graduates(Experience in KYC,AML & Transanction Monitoring-Account Opening)
