Roles & Responsibilities
Handling calls & resolving enterprise level customer tickets, forensic work based on virus related issues, handling escalation calls, resolving tickets based on SLA, following internal process & keeping self-updated.
Generic & Behavioural Skills
Ability to work well under pressure with high attention to detail
Ability to proof own work
Good English communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a team or as a single contributor
Adaptability / Flexibility
Ownership and initiative
Requirement
Strong Knowledge and hands on experience in Networking, Operating systems, Server Technology, Hardware storage & System Securities.
Certifications like CCNP,CCNA (etc.) are added advantage
Qualification - Graduates/Undergraduates or Diploma Holders
