• In depth understanding of verification flows and methodologies
• Having exposure of working in US for few years will be added positive
• Preferably have couple publications in Verification Methodology area.
• Ability to implement new flows and/or make improvements to the existing flow
• Ability to technically guide team of 5-6 junior engineers and track performance
• Ability to plan out tasks for a project and track metrics & milestones
• Good processor architecture background
• Strong programming skills – C++, Verilog, Perl
• X86 knowledge and Core verification experience a plus
