Laterals

• 1 to 5 years of Call Centre voice experience in a client facing role is preferred
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong interpersonal, logical and analytical skills are a must
• Ability to troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints
• Strong client relationship building skills, Service Excellence mindset
• Ability to demonstrate learning agility and Excellent MS Excel skills
• The ability to collaborate and work in a team environment as well as work independently and make sound decisions
• Ability to think creatively/come up with ideas/suggestions which can enhance client experience
• Good knowledge and experience in US / UK Payroll will be an added advantage
• Willing to work in different time zones

Semi Voice (Job Code: Semi Voice)

Freshers

• Fresher BA, B.Com, BHM, MA & M.Com (2016 graduates only) with 60% plus marks throughout their academics
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent analytical and interfacing skills
• Willing to work in different time zones/late night shifts
• Candidates with good knowledge of Internet Application, MS-Word and MS-Excel will have an added advantage

Laterals

• 1 to 4 years of experience in providing Customer Service
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Good decision making skills & analytical skills
• Extremely service oriented with willingness to learn new things
