Cyber Park, 1st Floor, Block B, Plot No. 76-77, Electronic City Phase 1, Doddathogur Village, Hosur Road, Bangalore-560100 Landmark - Opposite Genpact Office Opposite Audi Service centre / Near EC Police Station. Job Description: Responsible for Sourcing profiles through various Job Portals Like Dice, Monster, carrier Builder. Contacting candidates and qualifying them on Skills Vs experience, area of Interest, Geographic location in US and Visa types etc. and candidates commitment towards work Meeting daily & Weekly targets by submitting quality candidate for our clients various vertical Projects Complete analysis of candidates current / pervious project and responsibility undertaken per project. Building good relationship and reputation with each candidate for long term association Formatting resumes according to clients requirement Coordinating interviews on call for the shortlisted candidates Appropriate paperwork to be done before on boarding the candidate Sending daily performance report to the Account manager Active participation in Technical training, employee engagement and self development Program. Desired Skills: Bachelor's Degree in any stream. Good Communication skills: The role requires daily coordination with Team leads, Sales, Account managers and candidates sitting on site in US hence a strong hold on English is mandate. Working hours: We work in US Shift,resource should be comfortable working in night shift. Functional / Behavioral skill set: Positive attitude, flexible, aggressive, good communication skills, extrovert, inquisitive, team player, enthusiastic, active listener, learning attitude. Salary: The Salary would be 2.16 LPA Fixed CTC + 40 K Retention bonus to be paid after 18 months (Bond) + Incentives based on Performance on monthly basis (Incentives are really lucrative). Benefits: Free Meal (One time), Midnight Snacks (One time) and Free transportation (Pick and Door Drop), Health Insurance cover for Self for 1 Lakh. Joining Time: Immediate (Openings are 40 in Numbers, expected DOJ 07th November,2016) Skills sets needed: We would look for excellent communication skills, spunk, commitment and optimistic attitude. Students are expected to serve the organization for a minimum period of 18 months from the Date of joining for which a sum of INR 40 K (Forty Thousand) would be paid as retention bonus, if they fail to do so, a penalty amount of INR 1 Lakh (One Lakh) would be imposed to recover the tangible and intangible cost incurred on them.
