Eligibility Criteria : (ONLY CANDIDATES MEETING THE BELOW MENTIONED CRITERIAS SHOULD APPLY)
1. A minimum of 60% aggregate marks in each semester of his/ her Engineering program from reputed institutes
2.Good overall track record with at least 65% marks in SSC and HSC
*Role Requirements:
Candidates interested in building their career in Information Technology industry, in areas of software development, testing and technical support functions. You will be working on range of Microsoft technologies (.NET Web & Windows, SQL Server), testing tools, specialized support and COTS products like Oracle, Salesforce, Qlikview, BPM etc.
Business domain interest in Pensions, Benefits and Insurance
*Technical Skills:
Strong programming skills with Object Oriented background, preferably having proficiency in Microsoft technology stack, knowledge of Web services, web & windows application development
Good understanding of Relational Database concepts with hands-on exposure with some relational database (Oracle, SQL Server) - Strong analytical skills with ability to quickly learn and troubleshoot issues in enterprise class applications
Aptitude for testing, including automation testing
*General Skills:
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build professional relationships
Ability to multi task and liaise with stakeholders
Knowledge on Agile and SDLC process
Assertive behavior
Willingness to learn / Out of box thinking
Ability to work in team across multiple projects and multiple geographies
Trustworthy and ability to work independently
