Expectations:
1.Need to deliver effective and efficient ERP SAP support services to multiple Global Manufacturing Sites (GMS) and functions.
2.Managing day to day internal customer and stakeholder relationships to ensure requirements, expectations and standards are met
Mandatory Requirements:
1.Excellent communication skills
2.Has prior experience in User support
3.Experience in Master data set up for sites in ERP SAP environment
4.Ability to deliver training on Master data maintenance
5.Expertise to support user requests, incidents and problem management
