Position: Project Associate

Essential Qualification and Experience:

Bachelor’s Degree in engineering or Master’s Degree in Management/ Technology (MBA/MCA)
At least 1 to 5 years of experience in Consulting / Process Improvement/IT Applications
Experience in IT role (Software Engineer or Business Analyst)
Understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) process will be an added benefit (and not a pre-requisite).
Stakeholder’s consultation
Government projects - Knowledge of various scholarships schemes implemented by Central Government, State Governments, Public Sector Undertakings, Statutory bodies, other Non-Governmental Organizations will be preferred.
Good communication and Inter-personal skills

Job Profile of Project Associate:

Interact with multiple project stake holders and report on daily basis.
Interact with Senior management of Ministry & Project Manager to understand business requirements, perform business analysis, formalize requirements, conceptualize high-level solution
Reviews, analyzes, and creates detailed documentation of business systems and user needs, including workflow, program functions, and steps required to develop or modify computer programs.
Need to prepare interim reports.
Provide support in design, development and implementation of applications.
Support Project Manager and Senior Management in the following:
- In driving the implementation of the project components
- In monitoring key Project management knowledge areas like Scope, Risk, Quality, Human resource, Time, Cost and Communications and ensure signoff of various deliverables
- In developing Knowledge Management strategy to ensure Knowledge transfers

Position : Project Lead

Qualification: Should have acquired

B.E./B.Tech/MCA with specialization in Computers/Electronics/IT OR
M.Sc in Computer Science/IT with One year experience in Software Development/Implementation OR
Master’S Degree in Physics/ Mathematics/Statistics/ Operational Research/Electronics with
Either with Post Graduate Diploma in Computer Science/DOESEC(A level) certification with One year experience in Software Development Projects OR
Two year Experience in Software Development/Implementation Projects OR
M. Tech/M.E/MS in Computer Science/IT/Electronics.

with 60% of marks or above.

Experience: Minimum 8 Yrs of experience out of which 5 years of specific experience in Software Development Life Cycle.

Skill Set:

Core Java/J2EE/Servlets/JSP/JavaScript, OOPS, Struts Framework/Spring Framework, Hibernate technologies
Process methodologies - MVC, SOA Architecture
Good working knowledge on Tomcat/JBoss servers.
Developing software using Eclipse/MyEclipse IDE
Should have contributed in all phases of the development life cycle
Strong Communication Skills

Roles and Responsibilities:

Advice and offer input on process to design, develop, modify, and adapt system architecture
Have a good understanding of current and future technical architecture of a Product
Provide operational leadership to a project team
Effective use of project team members and resources
Preparation of design documentation for the project
Prepare weekly status and progress reports for review with the client and management
Establish and publish clear priorities among project activities.
Responsible for software development life cycle, testing and rollout along with team.
Support the Project Manager in the project management activities.
Ensure designs are in compliance with specifications and guide the developers and based on the requirement actively participate in coding.
Assess new technologies to enhance development process and optimize application delivery.
Should involve in requirements analysis, requirements development, delivery, support & analysis and documentation.

Experience: Minimum 6 Yrs of experience out of which 4 years of specific experience in Software Development Life Cycle.
