      XL Dynamics is looking for talented Software Engineers and Architects who have an innate passion for creating beautiful and elegant systems.

      The selected candidate will be a part of the Software Development Team and will be responsible for analyzing business requirements to design, engineer and build software solutions.

      Key Responsibilities:
      • Reviewing and understanding the scope and objectives of the Business Units requirements for Application Enhancement through effective collaboration.
      • Prepare a Project Plan covering the Project Life-Cycle through Design, Code Development, Multi- PlatformIntegration, Testing, Maintenance and Documentation.
      • Develop and maintain applications using technologies such as Java / J2EE Frameworks, JSF, Servlets, JDBC, Apache-Tomcat, SQL, XML, Javascript, Ajax and Jasper Reports.
      • Research methodologies for optimum programming solutions across platforms.
      • Implement with the highest level of quality programming; enhancements to applications by following standard programming methodologies.
      • Document all project-related collaborations, designing, coding, case studies, issues, bugs and fixes, build and release plans, etc. in the Developer Knowledge Base

Desired Candidate Profile

Education-
UG:B.Tech/B.E. - Computers, BCA - Computers
PG:M.Tech - Computers, MCA - Computers
Doctorate:Doctorate Not Required
    Skills / Expertise: 
    • More than 1 year of work experience in a Software Developer role, with expertise in Flex, JAVA, J2EE, JDBC and Servlets.
    • Working knowledge in programming using SQL / XML / Tomcat.
    • Skilled in Software Development Fundamentals, Debugging, Documentation and Testing.
    • Must have a high aptitude for analyzing information, problem solving, designing software algorithms, tuning software performance and keen attention to detail.
